Order Confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This includes your order number and a summary of your leather goods. If you don’t see it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Changes & Cancellations
We aim to process orders quickly to get them to you faster.
Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement.
Changes: To update a shipping address or item, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage, we are unable to make further changes.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and local state laws.
